Tommy got his start in the Southeast U.S., cooking on a major BBQ team that went on to qualify for the prestigious Jack Daniels World Championship at the distillery. That experience gave him a deep respect for tradition and detail, qualities that continue to define his BBQ today.
At Tommy T’s, all meats are smoked low and slow, using only prime cuts of beef, Wagyu brisket, and the best pork available. Our St. Louis ribs are trimmed from full racks for a consistent presentation and perfect bite.

I started with the St. Louis ribs, then baby backs, pulled pork, half chicken, beef brisket, I’ve had it all and the Tommy Team has always exceeded my expectations. And don’t forget the sides! Beans with brisket, cole slaw, the best collard greens ever and the corn muffins… I do believe they are the best I’ve ever had, and my friends agree. A message to future Tommy T’s enthusiasts. for premium BBQ, Tommy T’s can’t be beat. the ribs, chicken and sausage — awesome. and the smoked prime rib and brisket ?? many customers get them for holidays or family gatherings, or when they just want to treat themselves and can’t wait for a special occasion. as for the sides, we rotate between the cowboy beans, mac’n cheese and the brisket rice. and the cornbread ?? that southern staple just brings it all together. best of all is all of the hard work, friendliness, and professionalism that goes into every order. The ribs and chicken are simply great. But the brisket and prime rib will blow you away!!!
The portions are so generous. I have friends over and they love it. Don’t miss the sides..,Texas Rice, Cowboy Beans, Collards and Mac ‘n Cheese.

We could smell when Tom entered the property – due to the sweet smell of BBQ seeping through his unbelievably well kept full service food truck! Tom set up and served a buffet style dinner for 60 of our Team Members during our Golf Outing that included, Smoked Chicken Legs, St. Louis Ribs, Slow Roasted Pull Pork, Cowboy Beans, Texas Rice with Brisket, Cole Slaw, Corn Bread. Talk about DELICIOUS. We highly recommended Tommy T’s at your caterer!”
