Preparing the tastiest food requires the best ingredients. Our southern- and competition-style BBQ food is made with only the best meats, spices, and supplies. We purchase unbeatable Kobe and Wagyu beef from places such as Washington State. Other meats and spices are imported; however, most of what we use is bought locally! You're sure to love our regional style of barbecuing.

Freshly Prepared

There's no denying the superiority of food made from scratch. While it takes longer to prepare food this way, we believe that you're worth the effort. Everything we make is prepared the day of your event to ensure the best taste. We're very detail-oriented when cooking and don't rely on the standard cooking times and temperatures used by large restaurants.

The meats we select are either completely fresh or aged to perfection, depending on your preferences. Regardless, all meals are prepared on-site the same day as the special occasion.

We are known for our tempting beef brisket, cooked slowly over many hours. The rub and BBQ sauce we use is second to none! Customers order the brisket by the pound or with tasty ribs. Nothing pairs better with the brisket than our baby back or St. Louis cut ribs. Last year alone, we sold more than 50 pounds of brisket for the biggest football event of the year. Don't forget about our sides—people go crazy over our cowboy beans.

At Tommy T's, we believe it is important to take inspiration from our customers. Listening to their feedback, we have increased the quality of our already mouthwatering food. Our food simply cannot be reproduced at home without our signature recipes and excellent ingredients.
